Refund policy

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video).

Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene items, and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
